LaFlare Property Group, LLC is a licensed Ohio real estate brokerage based in Toledo, with 100 rental units currently under management.

Derek Christian DeVerna, Broker/Owner, has been licensed since August 2015. He is the largest investor in the portfolio and a proud Toledoan. The most rewarding part of his job is taking a dilapidated building that has been neglected for years, possibly decades, and converting it into a viable, income-producing asset for the owner and the city, as well as a lovely home for the resident.
