Looking for a well-maintained, affordable home in Toledo? Every LaFlare property is managed by a licensed Ohio real estate broker. We are from the city of Toledo and hire Toledo small business owners to work on our buildings. Below you will find what it takes to qualify, how to apply, and how our Resident Portal makes renting simple once you move in.
Qualifications
- Monthly household income greater than 3 times the monthly rent
- Pass an eviction search: we do not work with past eviction cases
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a credit check: the minimum score is listed on each property
- Current landlord reference
How to Apply
- Watch the walkthrough video on the listing to get a full look at the property.
- Submit an application through our online portal. The $20 application fee covers your credit and background check.
- Get approved for a showing. An approved application is required before any in-person showing. One approved application qualifies you to tour any of our available listings.
Lease Terms
- 12 months is the shortest lease term
- Residents are responsible for all utilities
- Pet policy varies by property and is listed on each listing
- A signed lease and security deposit are required to secure the home
Resident Portal
Once you move in, everything runs through our online Resident Portal, on your computer or the mobile app:
- Pay rent online anytime
- Submit maintenance requests. All maintenance requests must go through the portal, so nothing gets lost and our team is notified right away.
